Who can enter?
Any hotel, bed and breakfast, restaurant, bar or cafe is free to enter. Establishments can be nominated or businesses can register themselves to be considered for one of our awards.
How to submit?
Entries are submitted online through our official awards portal.
What are the award categories?
We have categories ranging from best hotel service to innovative bar concepts and outstanding restaurant cuisine.
Is there a submission fee?
Nominating an establishment or a business registering themselves is completely free. If an award is achieved, there will be certification costs.
Can previous winners enter again?
Absolutely, previous winners are encouraged to enter again with new projects or improvements.
